Article 1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may stop automatic renewal from the next billing date at any time on the pricing page. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then.

Renewal cancellation can be scheduled while a refund is under review. A scheduled cancellation may be withdrawn from the same screen before it takes effect. A renewal charge made in error after cancellation has taken effect will be refunded in full after verification.

Article 2. Start of Paid Digital Service

Delivery of the paid digital service begins when the subscription entitlement is activated after payment approval. Immediately before payment, users confirm when delivery begins and that statutory withdrawal may be restricted after use begins.

Usage is determined from paid benefits actually delivered, including album production, AI revisions, mastering, timed lyrics and YouTube uploads. Viewing pages, editing projects, or failed or canceled work that delivered no result does not by itself restrict unused-service refunds. Work in progress is reviewed once its outcome is known.

Article 3. Withdrawal and Full Refund When Unused

Users may request withdrawal within seven days after receiving the contract information. If service delivery begins later, the seven-day period is measured from the date delivery begins.

If no paid benefit attributable to the relevant charge has been used, the user may request a full refund of the remaining charged amount through billing history. If digital-service delivery has begun and a paid benefit has been used, withdrawal may be restricted under applicable law.

Article 4. Orvyt Fault and Erroneous Charges

The following may result in a full refund or other legally required remedy regardless of use, subject to verification:

  • A duplicate charge, overpayment, or charge different from the amount displayed immediately before payment
  • Failure to provide the paid service due to Orvyt's fault
  • Delivery materially different from the representation or contract where statutory termination or withdrawal requirements are met
  • A renewal charge made in error after cancellation took effect

Article 5. Refunds After Use and Mid-Term Cancellation

For an ordinary mid-term cancellation based solely on a change of mind, Orvyt does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining billing period, and the service remains available until the end of that period.

After paid benefits have been used, refunds requested due to a change of mind or the status or restrictions of the user’s external account are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. A temporary error or restriction affecting some integration features does not, by itself, guarantee a full refund of the entire subscription fee.

If Orvyt is at fault, delivery differs from the contract, or a statutory ground for withdrawal or termination exists, Orvyt will review usage and any undelivered portion and provide a full refund or the amount required by law. This policy does not limit non-waivable user rights.

Article 6. Plan-Change Charges

A prorated upgrade charge is recorded as a separate transaction. If no additional benefits beyond the prior plan allowance have been used, the user may request a full refund within seven days after that charge.

Refunding the difference may return the subscription to the prior plan or otherwise adjust the entitlement. A scheduled downgrade takes effect only after the current period, so the scheduling itself does not create a refund for the current charge.

Article 7. How to Request and Processing Time

  • Select the refund option for an eligible transaction in billing history on the pricing page.
  • Statutory refund requests or payment errors that cannot be submitted in the product may be reported through customer support, developer@orvyt.kr, or 070-8064-2363.
  • Only one pending refund request is accepted for the same transaction, and its status is available in billing history.
  • For statutory withdrawal, Orvyt will initiate repayment to the original payment method within three business days after withdrawal. Other approved refunds are processed within three business days after approval.
  • After Orvyt completes processing, the timing of the credit on a card statement may depend on the card issuer.

Article 8. Access After Refund

If an initial or renewal charge is fully refunded, the corresponding subscription entitlement may end immediately. If an upgrade difference is refunded, the user may return to the previous plan. A partial refund for a service issue may maintain or end access depending on the verified reason; the user is informed before processing. A refund does not automatically delete content that the user already published to an external platform.

External-service issues and refunds

Amounts paid directly to external providers for subscriptions, credits or distribution options follow those providers’ refund procedures. Restrictions due to a user’s account status or breach do not automatically entitle the user to a full Orvyt subscription refund. However, when external changes or outages prevent delivery of contracted paid features, Orvyt will not reject all refunds solely because the cause was external. Actual delivery, the unavailable period and responsibility will be assessed under this policy and applicable law. Liability for Orvyt’s intentional misconduct or negligence and statutory withdrawal, termination and compensation rights is not excluded.

Article 9. Service Issues and Disputes

If the service was unavailable or materially different from the contract, please provide the payment date, transaction, and time of the issue. Orvyt will review payment and usage evidence and incident records and explain the result. Card disputes and chargebacks are handled separately from ordinary refunds. Matters not covered by this policy are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, including consumer-protection laws for electronic commerce.
