Article 1. Purpose and Scope
These terms govern the conditions for using the Orvyt web service and related features (the “Service”) provided by Olbit (Orvyt) (the “Operator”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.
Policies or feature-specific terms presented in the Service apply together with these terms. If feature-specific terms conflict with these terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature. Mandatory provisions of applicable law always prevail.
Article 2. Account and Service Contract
A service contract is formed after a user agrees to these terms, submits a registration request, and the Operator accepts it. The Operator may reject or request correction of an application if the information is inaccurate or the application may threaten safe operation of the Service.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older. A person under 14 may not register for or use the Service, and users must confirm during registration that they are at least 14 years old.
Users must provide accurate information, keep it current, and secure their account and authentication methods. Users must promptly notify the Operator if they discover unauthorized account use.
Article 3. Service and Changes
Orvyt provides a workspace for planning, generating, editing, rendering, downloading, and publishing music and video content to external platforms. Specific features and availability are described in the Service and on the pricing page.
The Operator may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons. Changes expected to materially disadvantage users will be announced through the Service or registered contact details within a reasonable period. Urgent incident or security responses may be announced afterward.
Article 4. User Responsibilities
Users must not:
- Violate applicable law, these terms, or another person's rights;
- Use another person's account, personal information, or authentication method without authorization;
- Process or publish content without securing necessary copyright, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
- Distribute malicious code, use abnormal automation, circumvent or reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation; or
- Create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or other content likely to cause serious harm.
Article 5. User Content
Rights in content entered or uploaded by users, or created through the Service, remain with the user or the lawful rights holder. Users must secure all rights necessary to process the content and use the output.
Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive right to process content only as necessary to provide, store, transform, render, transmit, troubleshoot, and secure the Service. The Operator does not use user content for advertising or general-purpose AI model training without separate consent.
Article 6. AI Features and External Services
AI output may be similar to other output, inaccurate, or affected by third-party rights and platform policies. Before publishing, distributing, or commercially using output, users must review its accuracy and suitability and confirm that they have the necessary rights.
Features connected to Google, YouTube, and other external services are also governed by those providers' terms and policies. Changes or outages affecting an external service may limit some functionality. The treatment of Google and YouTube data is described in the Google and YouTube section of the Privacy Policy.
Definition and role
External services are services and APIs operated independently of Orvyt, including Suno, DistroKid, Google’s YouTube and Gemini, and OpenAI. Orvyt supplies tools supporting music and video creation, publishing and distribution workflows; it does not operate those services or sell their accounts. An integration does not itself establish endorsement, partnership or permission for every method of use.
User accounts and separate charges
Users are responsible for registration, verification, subscriptions, available credits and permissions for external accounts they connect. Unless expressly included, subscriptions, credits, distribution options and additional charges for those accounts are not included in Orvyt fees. API features supplied under Orvyt’s own provider contracts are governed by the scope described in the plan.
Authorized use and content rights
Before choosing an external connection or automation feature, users must review and comply with the following requirements.
Review the provider’s terms, privacy policy, automation and API rules and determine whether the intended use is permitted for the user’s account type. The availability of repeat tasks, batch generation or upload and distribution assistance does not establish the provider’s permission.
Connect only accounts the user is authorized to use and operate within permitted permissions, quotas and scope. Bypassing access restrictions, unauthorized accounts and prohibited automation are not permitted.
Before publication, confirm copyright, commercial-use rights and distribution or upload eligibility for inputs and outputs. Users bear disputes and costs attributable to their unauthorized use or policy violations. Orvyt remains responsible for obligations applicable to its own integration and service implementation.
Authentication and permissions
Connecting an account is optional. Users must review the requested permissions and intended actions. Processing, retention and deletion of authentication and permission data are governed by the Privacy Policy and connection notices. These terms are not blanket consent to collect arbitrary cookies, passwords or API keys or use them for unrelated purposes. Users may revoke authorized access in the external provider’s account settings, which may limit integration features. Tokens, API keys or other authentication data supplied or authorized by users through a connection flow are used only as necessary for the described features. Any feature processing other authentication data, such as cookies, remains subject to its specific notice and required consent; connecting an account is not consent to collect or transmit all credentials.
Independent provider decisions
External providers decide matters including Suno generation limits, credits and commercial-use conditions; DistroKid and distributor review, rejection, removal and royalty holds; and YouTube upload limits, copyright enforcement and monetization. Orvyt does not guarantee account retention or restoration, release approval, publication timing, views, monetization or revenue. Where Orvyt is not at fault, it has no duty beyond applicable legal obligations to reverse sanctions or compensate for account suspension or deletion, content disputes or loss arising from user violations or independent provider decisions.
External-service risks and user responsibility
Users must consider the following risks before connecting external services or executing tasks. Orvyt does not assume the resulting losses or costs or guarantee a remedy beyond applicable legal obligations.
Disconnection caused by account suspension, deletion, restrictions, token expiry, revoked permissions or invalidated credentials
Delayed or failed generation, uploads or distribution caused by automation blocking, quotas or security-policy changes
Damages claims, contractual penalty claims or legal disputes attributable to the user’s breach of terms or infringement of rights
Additional costs or lost opportunities caused by external price changes, reduced scope or service shutdown
Copyright disputes, takedowns, monetization restrictions or royalty holds concerning content published or distributed by the user
Challenges to an external provider’s operations, review or enforcement decisions must follow that provider’s procedures. Orvyt does not guarantee reversal, account restoration or dispute outcomes. The exceptions in Liability and refunds below continue to apply.
Policy changes and feature availability
Changes to external terms, prices, APIs, interfaces or authentication, quotas, automation restrictions, outages or shutdowns may change or interrupt integrations. On becoming aware of an impact, Orvyt will inform users of the impact and response and may modify, restrict or discontinue affected features. Urgent security or policy measures may be followed by notice. External changes for which Orvyt is not responsible do not alone create a guarantee of permanent compatibility or compensation for external account loss or expected revenue.
Liability and refunds
An external cause does not automatically exclude all liability or refunds. These limitations do not exclude Orvyt’s liability for intentional misconduct, negligence, failures to protect authentication data or other non-excludable obligations. Where contracted paid features are not delivered, Orvyt will assess actual delivery and the unavailable period under the refund policy and applicable law. Refunds of amounts paid directly to an external provider must be requested from that provider.
YouTube API Services
Users of the YouTube API integration agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service. Google’s processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy; Orvyt’s processing is described in its own Privacy Policy.

Article 7. Paid Services
The price, included features, billing period, cancellation, and refund terms for paid features are displayed before purchase. A paid-service contract is formed when the user completes payment under the displayed terms.
Withdrawal and refunds are governed by applicable consumer-protection law and the terms displayed at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
Article 8. Restrictions
If a user violates the law or these terms, or threatens the security of the Service, the Operator may issue a warning, restrict content processing or features, or suspend the account in proportion to the violation. Where practicable, the Operator will explain the reason and how to appeal.
The Operator may act without prior notice when necessary to address an urgent security risk, serious infringement of another person's rights, or a legal obligation.
Article 9. Termination and Data
Users may terminate the service contract at any time through the account-deletion feature or customer support. Users should download any required output and data before termination.
After termination, the Operator deletes or anonymizes information retained to provide the Service after any period required by applicable law, dispute handling, or reliable deletion procedures. Users remain responsible for managing content already published to external platforms.
Article 10. Liability and Warranties
The Operator will provide the Service reliably and is responsible, to the extent required by applicable law, for loss caused by its intentional misconduct or negligence. Liability may be limited for events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including natural disasters, user fault, or independent outages of external services.
The Operator does not warrant that AI output or publication to an external platform will always be error-free or suitable for a user's particular purpose. This article does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law.
Article 11. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may amend these terms to the extent permitted by law. Changes and their effective date will generally be announced through the Service or registered contact details at least seven days in advance, or 30 days in advance for material or unfavorable changes.
A user who does not agree to amended terms may terminate the service contract before they take effect. The Operator will obtain express consent where separate consent is legally required.
Article 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Operator and user will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If they cannot, either party may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law.
